IDEAS Internship Procedures for Trainees:

• Complete IDEAS Internship Approval Form.

• McCormick Students:  Complete the Crown Family Internship Form. This will be submitted to Paula Straaton, along with a copy of the offer letter and resume. Paula will then provide a permission number to enroll in CRDV 510.

• Weinberg Students:  Register for TGS – 512 to continue your status as a student.

After completion of the internship:

• Students’ direct supervisors will be asked to complete an evaluation form, sent by SmartStart Evaluation.

• Students will be asked to complete an internship survey, sent by SmartStart Evaluation, the IDEAS outside evaluator.
